Young Adult Bible Study - The YAM invites you to join their monthly Bible Study that will be held on the first Monday of each month at 7:00 P.M. in conference rooms 7, 8, and 9 starting February 6th, both in person and virtually. Please join them.

Corporate Congregational Prayer - The Intercessory Prayer and the Prayer Praise Ministries invite the 2BC congregation to join them for intercessory prayer in the sanctuary on Wednesdays from 6:00 P.M. to 6:20 P.M. Senior Line Dancing - Starting May 31st and every 2nd and 4th Wednesday thereafter, the Pastor’s Aide Ministry will sponsor Line Dancing from 11:00 A.M. to 12 noon in the Fellowship Hall. The class will be led by Tia Davis at no charge, but donations are appreciated.
Holy Communion To Sick and Shut In - Starting in June 2023, the Deacon and Deaconess Ministries will resume administering communion to members and family members who are sick and shut-in. Bereavement and Grief Counseling - Sis. Elizabeth Taylor, a student intern at Brightpoint Community College, is completing her internship here at Second Baptist under the supervision of Minister Alice Tamrie. She will be available to work with individuals, families, and groups who may be mourning or going through the grief process starting September 11, 2023. Purchase Christmas Poinsettias - The Beautification Ministry will purchase poinsettias to beautify our church, and subsequently give them to sick & shut-in members. Annual Memorial Service - The Deaconess Ministry invites everyone to participate in the Annual Memorial Service, a time to honor and remember loved ones who have passed away - both recently and in years past.The special recognition service will be at 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, December 11th.
