Tutors Needed - 2BC is currently seeking volunteers to help tutor elementary to high school students in the following subjects: Math, Science, Language Arts/English and Foreign Languages. We will be conducting background checks on all potential volunteers.

New Church Hours - Beginning April 1, 2022, the new church hours are as follows:  Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays-11:00 A.M.-3:00 P.M. (office and building), Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays-6:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M. (building only), Saturdays-9:00 A.M.-12 Noon (building only), Closed Sundays, Tuesdays and Fridays. YOU MUST WEAR A MASK TO ENTER THE BUILDING.

COVID-19 Vaccines - The VDH and supporting organizations will host a mobile vaccination clinic in the 2BC parking lot on Monday, May 23rd from 12 noon – 6:00 P.M. First, second, third and booster doses are available. Walk-ins are welcome, including children 5 and older, but appointments are recommended to avoid having to wait. Higher Education Scholarships - Attention all 2022 high school and college graduates who are members of Second Baptist Church: Please submit a photo of yourself and a brief bio so that you may be recognized during our 2022 Graduation Recognition Sunday service.
